Policy

Our classes run on a straightforward monthly payment plan. Before enrollment, we’ll review your selected monthly schedule together to make sure everything is clear and consistent from the start.

Please note:

  • Students who miss 50% or more of their scheduled classes in a month without notice will be removed from the schedule and added to the waiting list. This policy ensures consistency and a supportive learning environment for everyone, while also respecting the instructor's pay and time. Clients will be notified about this via email prior to being added to the waiting list.

  • Make-up classes are allowed but must be scheduled ahead of time with the instructor

  • Any change in agreed scheduled must be notified to us a month in advance.

  • Once enrolled, your time slot with a specific instructor is reserved for you. You will continue to be invoiced for these sessions until you cancel your enrollment by submitting a Withdrawal Form. If you withdraw, we cannot guarantee that your class slot will remain available.
