As a Paid Neighbor (PN), you'd be providing "on-call" support based upon the times agreed on with the family. When providing support, it would take place in the clients home. Different from other jobs, you can arrive in comfortable clothes and simply focus on one individual that you can call your friend. All we ask is that you are compassionate, patient, respectful and alert. Paid Neighbors are given stipend pay of up to $800/mo, PLUS hourly pay.

For example, in a scenario where a PN agrees to be "on-call" 4x per month, a stipend pay of $800 would be provided each month. If the PN is called upon duty to work (4hrs for instance), the PN would arrive to the clients house to provide care. In this case, $800 stipend combined with the 4hrs of pay would be compensated.

The traits that are looked for in a Paid Neighbor is their patience, compassion, kindness, respectfulness, the ability to understand and communicate, along with their alertness. In regards to income, it is imagined that some people would use this as an uncomplicated stream of additional income to their primary job. Nonetheless, it is "not limited" to this demographic and anyone can apply.
